Özet:

ÖZET Göç, bireylerin ya da grupların bir yerden başka bir yere gitmeleri ve gidilen yerde yaşamlarını belli bir süre sürdürmeleridir. Son yıllarda insanlar savaş, sosyal,  siyasi ve ekonomik problemlerden dolayı ülkelerini terk etmek zorunda kalmıştır. Bu nedenlerle göç eden kişiler mülteci ya da sığınmacı olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Mülteci, başka bir ülkeye sığınma talebinde bulunan ve talebi o ülke tarafından kabul edilen kişidir. Sığınmacı ise; mülteci statüsü almaya yönelik başvurusu henüz karara bağlanmamış kişi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Kadınlar göç sürecindenfazla etkilenen gruptur.  Kadınların yeni bir bölgeye uyum sağlama süreci çeşitli zorluklar yaşamalarına neden olabilmektedir. Karşılaştıklarıönemli zorluklar iletişim, maddi olanaksızlıklar, psikososyal problemler ve sağlık hizmetleri ile ilgili sorunlardır. Mülteci/Sığınmacı kadınların sorunlarına yönelik çalışmaların yapılması, sağlık hizmetleri ile ilgili yasa ve yönetmeliklerin düzenlenmesi ile birçok sorunun oluşması engellenebilir veya çözüm sağlanabilir. Bu derlemede sığınmacı ve mülteci kadınların yaşadıkları sorunlar ve sunulan sağlık hizmetleri hakkında bilgi vermek hedeflenmiştir.  Anahtar Kelimeler: Mülteci; Sığınmacı; Kadın; Sağlık Hizmetleri   ABSTRACT The Problems of Asylum Seeker and Refugee Women and Health Services Offered  Migration means that individuals go out from one place to another and continue their lives for a certain period of time. In recent years, people have had to leave their countries due to war, social, political and economic problems. For these reasons, people who migrate are called refugees or asylum seekers. The refugee is the person who has requested asylum in another country and whose request is accepted by that country. The asylum seeker is defined as the person whose application for refugee status has not yet been decided. Women are the group most affected by the migration process. The process of adapting to a new region of women can lead to various difficulties. The most important difficulties they face are communication, material inefficiencies, psychosocial problems and problems related to health care. Studies on the problems of women refugee/asylum-seekers, the regulation of laws and regulations related to health services can prevent the occurrence of many problems or provide solutions. In this review, it was aimed to give information about the problems experienced by asylum seekers and refugee women and the health services offered.
