Abstract:

Din ve vicdan özgürlüğünü garanti altına almanın gerekleri birisi, onu anayasal güvenceye kavuşturmaktır. Bu bağlamda onun anayasada nasıl düzenleneceği, uzun mu kısa mı olacağı veya neleri kapsaması gerektiği gibi konuların tartışılmasında yarar vardır. Bu makale, söz konusu özgürlüğün evrensel insan hakları metinlerindeki düzenleniş biçimini de göz önüne alarak, Türkiye için ideal bir düzenlemenin nasıl yapılması gerektiğini tartışmakta ve bir öneri sunmaktadır.
