Bu çalışmada, 2000 yılı sonrası TBMM’de grubu bulunan beş siyasi partinin (AKP, CHP, MHP, İP ve HDP) Türkiye’de yapılan genel seçimler öncesinde yayımlamış oldukları seçim beyannamelerine dayalı olarak eğitim politikaları incelenmiştir. Çalışma nitel yönelimli bir çalışmadır ve partilerin 3 Kasım 2002, 22 Temmuz 2007, 12 Haziran 2011, 7 Haziran 2015 ve 24 Haziran 2018 tarihlerinde yapılan genel seçimler öncesinde yayımlamış oldukları seçim beyannamelerinden hareketle vatandaş yetiştirme konusundaki eğitim hedefleri ile örgün ve yaygın eğitim hakkındaki görüşlerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmada elde bulgulara göre; siyasi partilerin vatandaş yetiştirme konusundaki eğitim hedefleri ile örgün ve yaygın eğitim konusundaki politikalarında benzerlik ve farklılıkların olduğu görülmekle birlikte, zaman içerisinde bu konulara bakış açılarında değişiklik meydana geldiği saptanmıştır.
In the present study, the educational policies were examined based on election manifestos of the five political parties (AKP, CHP, MHP, IP, and HDP) that had groups in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey before the general elections held in Turkey after 2000. The study had a qualitative study design and was based on the election manifestos of the parties before the general elections held on 3 November 2002, 22 July 2007, 12 June 2011, 7 June 2015, and 24 June 2018, and intended to demonstrate their opinions on educational targets on raising citizens and on formal and non-formal education. In the study, the document analysis method was used as a data collection tool. The collected data were analyzed with the content analysis method. According to the findings obtained in the study, although it was seen that there were similarities and differences in the educational targets of political parties on raising citizens and their policies on formal and non-formal education, it was also determined that there were changes in their perspectives on these issues over time.
