Abstract:

Diabetes in many parts of the world has caused serious consequences. In the beginning of these, human deaths due to illness come from taxes that are not received from the empty population as a result of the people want to escape from the illness. The state that has suffered harm in this case has suffered physical and spiritual damage. The Ottoman State has also become the point of destination of epidemic diseases that spread in different parts of the world. In addition, the war and trade relations he has made with other states can also be shown among the causes of epidemic diseases. Although the entrance points to the empire and the travel dates in the empire territories were different, the result was the same. However, it is not to be neglected that even though epidemic diseases are negative on the state, a number of measures have been taken against them, and that the state has contributed positively to the state in the urbanization process in order to bring together a number of innovations in the field of health, especially in the public health.0 Infectious diseases are transmitted to humans not only by humans, but by animals, land, air, and most importantly by water. These infectious diseases have expanded their scope among people who live in a massive state and soon turned into a pandemic state. According to the results, the states have taken care not to infect these epidemics, which often cause mass deaths, as far as possible into their territory. However, it is not possible to say that the need for trade between countries or war or immigration is too much prevented. In the last period of Ottoman, a number of newspapers have been issued in particular if it is necessary to inform the public about the government’s official newspaper. One of these newspapers is the Truth newspaper published in Eskişehir. The report was published on the basis of a year-long reporting and evaluation.
