Introduction: This study was conducted with the participation of 24 young elite athletes aged 15-22 during the Olympic camp. Purpose: The goal is to determine and evaluate the nutritional habits of the elite athletes and the attitudes of the athletes towards nutrition. Methods: Elite youth athletes are applied 'Healthy Nutrition Attitude Measurement (SBIT)'. The participants received food consumption frequencies and 24-hour food consumption records. Results: In general, only 25% of athletes consume 3 main meals, 25% consume 2 main meals and 50% consume one main meal. In our study, the average score of young athletes on the overall Healthy Nutrition Attitude Scale (SBIT) and their lower dimensions was studied and the total score of the young athletes was 70.75 and high. This ratio is 77,55 (p=0,032) in men and is higher than the ratio in women and is statistically important. Again, the low-dimensional rate of positive nutrition in men (20.09) is higher and more important than the rate of women (p=0,005). In this study, the most consumed nutrients, like other studies, are in the form of cheese, eggs, vegetable-fruit, meat- egg-dry bakes, white bread, drinking tea. Results: Although our team is elite athletes and participates in competitions around the world, they have not received a specialist opinion on nutrition, they have not been given sufficient and balanced nutrition. In our country, the data about the nutrition of young elite athletes are not sufficient, the research is assessed that by keeping the universe broader and reaching more individuals, the benefits can be achieved and this study is expected to be a source of work to be done.
