Abstract:

The quality of work life or the quality of work life in a way that passes through some resources is the assessment of the quality of work life and the perceptions of employees affected by various organizational and individual factors. The study found that the quality of work has been influenced by various organizational and individual factors. This study examined the quality of the work life of the bank employees. The study, conducted on 322 participants in 24 bank branches in Kayseri, found that bank workers’ perceptions of the quality of work life were at a medium level. Analysis was then conducted to identify differences. These analyses have found that the quality of work life significantly differs according to gender and educational levels. On the other hand, the conclusion has been that there is no significant difference in terms of age, civil status, position and time of work.
