So many results that aren't mine?

Atipik Yerleşimli Konjenital Kistik Higroma (Ganglion kisti): Olgu Sunumu

Abstract:

Kistik higromalar (ganglion kistleri) üst ekstremitede görülen en sık yumuşak doku tümörleridir. Omuz ekleminden ve kol kaslarının tendonlarından kaynaklanan ganglion kistleri ise nadir olarak görülürler. 8 aylık kız bebek, sağ kol üst kısmında, doğumdan itibaren mevcut olan ve gittikçe büyüyen kitle nedeni ile kliniğimize getirildi. Fizik muayene ve radyolojik değerlendirme sonrası, atipik yerleşimli konjenital kistik higroma ön tanısı ile ameliyat edilen ve histopatolojik tanısı kistik higroma (ganglion kisti) olan hasta cerrahi sonuçları ile birlikte sunuldu. Ameliyat sonrası 4 yıllık takiplerinde herhangi bir şikayet gözlenmedi.
