Çalışma ve özel yaşamın birbirlerinin alanlarını ihlal etmesi olarak tanımlanan iş-yaşam çatışması, bireylere ve örgütlere zarar vermektedir. İş-yaşam çatışması bireylerde sigara-alkol tüketimi, madde bağımlılığı, kalp hastalığı, baş ve sırt ağrıları, mide rahatsızlıkları, yeme-içme bozukluğu ve şiddet eğilimi olarak kendini göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak iş-yaşam çatışması, bireylerin psikolojik bütünlüğüne ciddi zararlar vermekte ve yaşam kalitesini düşürmektedir. Bu bağlamda mevcut araştırma SmartPLS 2 yapısal eşitlik modellemesi programı ile 2017 yılı için OECD ülkelerinde iş-yaşam çatışmasının, yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Sonuçlar, 2017 yılında OECD ülkelerinde, iş-yaşam çatışmasının yaşam kalitesini negatif etkilediğini göstermiştir.

Abstract:

Work-life conflict, defined as the violation of the fields of work and private life, damages individuals and organizations. Work-life conflict in individuals manifests itself as smoking-alcohol consumption, drug addiction, heart disease, headaches and back pain, stomach disorders, eating-drink disorders, and the tendency to violence. As a result, the work-life conflict causes serious damage to the psychological integrity of individuals and decreases the quality of life. In this context, the current research aimed at identifying the impact of employment-life conflict on quality of life in OECD countries for 2017 with the SmartPLS 2 structural equality modeling program. The results showed in 2017 that in OECD countries, work-life conflict has a negative impact on the quality of life.

The results showed that work-life conflict negatively affected the quality of life in OECD countries in 2017.
