Introduction: Bullying is one of the types of interpersonal violence that occurs within the school environment and involves acts of humiliation, threat and depreciation that most often occur among peers and has the most frequent victims being children and adolescents. Objective: To analyze the teaching practices of teachers in the school environment before the theme of bullying associated with body image. Methodology: It is an integrative review performed in electronic databases: LILACS, PubMed and SciELO. Results: There were identified 282 publications, of which only 04 responded to the question and all expatiated on different teaching practices, highlighting the most frequent professionals, psychologists, together with the teachers. Discussion: An important aspect in the foundation of proposals for new teaching practices within this theme is the proper recognition of bullying phenomenon and body image disorders. However, research conducted with the physical education teacher reveals the lack of understanding of the problem on the part of teachers who cannot identify the problem or naturalize it in their daily school life. Conclusion: The teaching practices have been shown to be effective in minimizing the conflict situations, especially when they are developed in such a way shared with other professionals.
