The study determines the impact of job stress on organizational commitment can be done from sampling of private hospital in Okara, Pakistan. The results show that there is positive effect between job stress and organizational commitment, further more data analysis shows that affective and continuous commitment positively relate to job stress on the other hand, normative commitment has significant link with job stress.
