Yaşam Uzaydan Mı Geldi? “Panspermia Teorisi”

Abstract:

Biyoloji tarihindeki en önemli tartışmalardan biri yaşamın kökeni tartışmasıdır. Dünya üzerindeki yaşamın nasıl ortaya çıktığı ile ilgili birçok teori ortaya atılmıştır. Bu teorilerden en ilginç olanı, Dünya üzerindeki yaşamın diğer gezegenlerden köken aldığını savunan panspermia teorisidir. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak panspermia teorisinin ortaya çıkma nedenleri, temel argümanları ve tarihsel gelişimi incelendikten sonra, bugünkü bilimsel veriler ışığında bu teorinin günümüzde hala savunulup savunulamayacağını tartışılacaktır.

Abstract:

One of the most important discussions in the history of biology is on the origin of life. Many theories have been proposed concerning how life on earth has emerged. The most interesting among them is the panspermia theory which defends that life on earth has its origins in other planets. In this study, after examining the reasons of the appearance of the panspermia theory, its main arguments and historical development, the possibility of still defending this theory in our age will be discussed.
