Online alışveriş geleneksel alışveriş yöntemlerine göre sahip olduğu avantajlar nedeniyle tüketicilerin alışveriş alışkanlıklarını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Bununla birlikte online alışverişte tüketicilerin karşısına çıkan onlarca satıcı, aynı ürünle ilgili yüzlerce mesaj ve kampanya tüketicilerin satın alma kararlarını zorlaştırmaktadır. Tüketici bu yoğun kampanya, mesaj ve ürün çeşitliliği karşısında çıkış yolunu satın almak istediği marka ve ürünlerle ilgili diğer kullanıcıların yorumlarında ve değerlendirme puanlarında bulmaktadır. Tüketiciler online alışveriş öncesi benzer mal ve hizmetleri satın almış tüketicilerin yorumları ile ilgili ürün ya da satıcıların puanlarına bakmakta ve bu sayede seçeneklerini daraltmaktadırlar. Bu nedenle marka ve firmalar tüketicileri mümkün olduğunca yapmış oldukları alışverişler ile ilgili görüş ve düşüncelerini bildirmeye yönlendirmektedirler. Bu araştırma ile tüketicilerin online yorum ve değerlendirme puanlarına yönelik tutumlarının online alışveriş kararlarına etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda online ortamda elde edilen 340 anket analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda online yorum ve değerlendirme puanlarına yönelik tutumların online satın alma davranışına etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Online shopping has a positive impact on consumers’ shopping habits because of the advantages it has according to traditional shopping methods. However, dozens of sellers facing consumers in online shopping, hundreds of messages and campaigns about the same product make it difficult for consumers to make their purchasing decisions. The consumer finds the way out of this intense campaign, message and product diversity in the comments and reviews of other users about the brands and products they want to buy. Consumers look at the product or seller’s ratings on the reviews of consumers who bought similar goods and services before online shopping and thus shrink their options. Thus, brands and companies guide consumers to inform their opinions and opinions about the purchases they have made as much as possible. This study aims to examine the impact of consumers’ attitudes towards online reviews and evaluation points on online shopping decisions. For this purpose, 340 surveys obtained online have been analyzed. The research has found that attitudes towards online reviews and evaluation points have an impact on online purchasing behavior.
