Abstract:

This study was carried out with the aim of determining the organizational citizenship behaviors in which the academic staff working at the faculties of sports sciences work in the institutions where they are exposed and the factors affecting these behaviors. By determining the organizational citizenship levels of academic staff working in the faculties of sports sciences, the differences were studied according to the demographic characteristics of the participants. In the study used the general scan model, the "Organization Citizenship Scale" was applied to 170 volunteer academics as a data collection tool. The data obtained within the framework of the research is calculated primarily in the visual statistics of the number of people, minimum, maximum, average, standard deviation. After that, the data was solved according to the problems of the research. In the analysis of the data, the t test and one-way variance analysis of the one-way ANOVA were calculated in the unrelated measurements towards the levels of social scrolling that the academics perceive according to their demographic characteristics.The study found that the organizational citizenship behavior levels were high and that the organizational virtue levels were higher than the female academics. The academics have been determined to show similar behaviors according to their age, gender, civil status, time of work and title variables.
