So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Vajinal leiyomyom, çeºitli klinik bulgularla ortaya çýkan nadir görülen benin bir tümördür. Vajinal leiyomyom genellikle orta hatta ön duvardan kaynaklanýr. Uterus leiyomyomlarý gibi vajinal leiyomyomlar da sýklýkla 35-50 yaºlarý arasýnda görülür. Vajinal leiyomyomlar büyüklük ve lokalizasyonlarýna göre disparoni, aðrý ve dizüri gibi semptomlara neden olabilirler. 25 yaºýnda, disparoniden yakýnan bayanda vajinal leiyomyom tanýsý (39 haftalýk gebe iken) konuldu ve sezaryenden üç ay sonra ameliyat edildi
