Özet:

The aim of this study is to perform analysis of the articles published in Journal of Values Education and in this direction to detect the trends of the articles published in the journal. In this study which is made in descriptive survey model, 202 articles which are selected by purposive sampling method were examined. In the selection of articles, it was considered that the articles were of the articles published in issues between 2003 when the first issue was puplished of journal and 2014. In the process of examination of articles Publishing Classification Form was used and articles were analyzed with content analysis method. The articles were analyzed from some aspects such as defining information about the identity of the article, its category field, its subject, method, sampling, data collection tools, data analysis methods, and discussions. The research data was interpreted in a manner depend on the percentage and frequency and they were also showed with tables and graphics. According to the research data it was determined that more publications are made by academicians working in Marmara, Sakarya and Selçuk University. In the study where publications depend on literature compilation and quantitative descriptive survey researches were identified as the most common publication type, it was determined that document and survey were used as the most preferred data collection tool. In the analysis of data it was observed that predictive analysis were performed more commonly and t-test and non-paramatric test were also used in the studies hecticly. Publication tendency of Journal of Values Education, and its framework to contribute scientific researches some suggestions developed by publication history, profile and tendency of the publication depend on the present search analysis.
