ÖZ Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı pozitif psikolojik sermayenin, iş performansı üzerindeki olası etkisini sorgulamaktır. Tasarım/Yöntem: Araştırma av sanayii fabrikalarında çalışan 313 katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada Türkçe’ye uyarlamaları yapılan psikolojik sermaye ve iş performansı ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar: Pozitif psikolojik sermaye, iş performansını anlamlı ve olumlu şekilde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca pozitif psikolojik sermayenin alt boyutlarından umut, öz yeterlilik ve iyimserlik iş performansı alt boyutlarından görevsel ve bağlamsal performansı etkilerken, psikolojik dayanıklılık alt boyutu sadece görevsel performansı etkilemektedir. Özgün Değer: Araştırmada çalışanların pozitif psikolojik sermayelerinin, iş performanslarına yansıdığı belirlenmiştir. İş performansının öncellerinden biri olarak pozitif psikolojik sermayenin önemine katkı sunulmuştur.
The purpose of the research is to question the possible impact of positive psychological capital on work performance. Design/Method: The research was conducted with 313 participants working in the hunting industry factories. The study used psychological capital and business performance scales adapted to Turkey. Results: Positive psychological capital affects business performance in a meaningful and positive way. Also, from the subdimensions of positive psychological capital, hope, self-capacity and optimism affect the functional and contextual performance from the subdimensions of work performance, while the subdimensions of psychological resilience only affect the functional performance. Original Value: The study found that employees’ positive psychological capital reflects their work performance. As one of the priorities of business performance, the importance of positive psychological capital has been presented.
Objectives: The aim of the study is to question the possible effect of positive psychological capital on job performance. Methods: The study was conducted with 313 participants working in hunting industry factories. Psychological capital and work performance scales adapted to Turkish were used in the study. Results: Positive psychological capital affects job performance significantly and positively. In addition, while the sub-dimensions of positive psychological capital, hope, self-efficacy, and optimism, affect the functional and contextual performance of the job performance sub-dimensions, the psychological resilience sub-dimension only affects functional performance. Originality: In the study, it was determined that employees' positive psychological capital reflected on their job performance. It contributed to the importance of positive psychological capital as one of the forerunners of job performance.
