Abstract:

In the process of cement production, various materials are used as the primary raw material or additives. These raw materials used in cement production are also one of the main elements that determine the quality of the cement. While cement producers focus on the chemical structure and minerology of cement raw materials, they often ignore the problems that raw materials may cause from rubber. However, when a cement production facility is designed, the most important factor is the rubbett characteristics of raw materials being considered. In this study, the rubbete properties of the main and assistant raw materials used in the production of cement have been identified. In the process stages of cement produced using different raw materials, the problems and solutions that high rubbets characteristics have been investigated in the processes of break and, if necessary, putting. From January to January, a series of changes to be made during production and in the break-up and cutting stages have explained how the problems caused by rubbets can be minimized.
