Abstract:

The organizational climate concept, defined as the whole of employees’ perceptions about the organization, has an important place in terms of the effectiveness of all. The concept of positive psychological capital, defined as positive and optimistic behavior by elements such as employees’ skills, self-confidence, is also an important driving tool in the activity. These two concepts, which are very important in terms of business success, have taken place among the topics that scientists have researched in the field, especially since the 2000s. This study also founded the impact of the organizational climate on the mental capital level of employees. Quantitative research method has been selected to the purpose of the work and the survey form has been prepared to apply to the employees. The survey form, including demographic information, has taken advantage of two separate scales, the "Organized Climate Scale" and the "Psychological Capital Scale" which have been conducted in our country for measuring employees' organizational climate perceptions and psychological capital levels. The research app was done on workers at a paper factory in the province of Zorum, 130 samples were achieved in 150 universes. The research has found statistically significant effects between the organizational climate and the psychological capital.
