Koyun Pnömonilerinde Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica İzolasyonu ve Patolojik İncelemeler

Bu çalışmada, Erzurum ilinde koyun pnömonilerinde saptanan pastörellozis hastalığının insidansı ve gözlenen patolojik bulguların araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Akciğerlerin yangısı olan pnömoniler; bakteriler, mantarlar, mikoplazmalar, virüsler ve parazitler gibi enfeksiyöz veya fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikteki non-enfeksiyöz maddeler tarafından oluşturulur. Pasteurella, Haemophilus ve mikoplazma etkenleri koyunlarda fibrinli bronkopnömoni ile karakterize bir hastalık oluştururlar. Pastörellozis dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de çok sık görülmektedir. Erzurum ilindeki bir mezbahada kesilen 1586 koyuna ait akciğerlerin makroskobik muayenesinde 100’ ünde (%6.3) pnömoni lezyonları saptandı. Bu pnömonili akciğerlerden alınan örnekleri üzerinde bakteriyolojik ve patolojik incelemeler yapıldı. Bakteriyolojik incelemeler sonucunda örneklerin 17 tanesinde (%17), Pasteurella spp. etkenleri saptandı. Histopatolojik muayeneler için akciğer örneklerinden hazırlanan preparatlar hematoksilen-eozin (HE) ile boyanıp ışık mikroskobunda incelendi ve bu inceleme sonucunda akciğerlerin %26’sında fibrinli bronkopnömoni gözlendi.

Abstract:

In this study, the aim is to investigate the incidence of the pastörellosis disease found in the sheep pneumons in the Erzurum province and the observed pathological findings. Pneumonia, which is a liver burning, is created by infectious or non-infectious substances with physical and chemical properties such as bacteria, fungi, micoplasms, viruses and parasites. Pasteurella, Haemophilus and micoplasma factors create a disease characterized by fibrinic bronchopneumonia in sheep. Pastorellosis is often seen in our country, as in the world. In a macroscopic examination of the lungs of the 1586 sheep cut in a mosque in the province of Erzurum, a total of 100 (6.3%) pneumonic lesions were found. Bacteriological and pathological examinations were conducted on the samples taken from these pneumonic lungs. Based on bacteriological trials in 17 of the samples (17%), Pasteurella spp. The factors were identified. Preparations prepared from lung samples for histopathological examinations were painted with hematoxylene-eosine (HE) and studied in a light microscope, and this study resulted in 26% of lungs observed fibrined bronchopneumonia.
