Abstract:

The organizational support that is perceived is that the organization’s employees feel safe and know that the organization is behind them. Organizational commitment means that employees accept the goals and values of the organization, strive to be part of the organization and feel like a strong family member. In this study on the relationship between organizational support and organizational commitment, organizational support has been discussed at three levels. The relationship between these levels, expressed as normative, emotional and continuous commitment, and the organizational support that is perceived, has been revealed by a study conducted among the employees of the five major furniture factory operating in Kayseri. The study found that there were meaningful relationships between the levels of organizational commitment and the organizational support perceived.
