This research was carried out to investigate the situation of the students and Turkish teachers who have completed the normal teaching transition from the double shift schooling teaching. Especially, this research focuses on the daily plans of Turkish teachers and students and the successes of the Turkish lessons. Meram Mehmet Katırcı İmam Hatip Secondary School was selected to complete the single teaching transition from dual teaching in the 2016-2017 Education Year in the Meram district of Konya in order to obtain the research data. In this school year, Mehmet Katırcı İmam Hatip Secondary School was divided into two and half of the students were moved to another building. These students started education-teaching at Şehit Ömer Halisdemir Imam Hatip Secondary School. In this research, semi-structured interviews were made with 6th, 7th, and 8th grade 40 students and 4 Turkish teachers, and these interviews were recorded by voice recorder or by writing. Then it is categorized by content analysis technique and interpreted. As a result of the research, it was concluded that normal education is more advantageous than dual education in terms of students use the time well, socialization, Turkish academic achievement, motivation in Turkish lesson and increase in the number of books read. In terms of Turkish teachers, it was concluded that the normal education is more advantageous than the dual education in terms of teachers use the time well, communication of Turkish teachers with other Turkish teachers, academic success of the students in Turkish lessons, motivations of students in Turkish lessons and increase in the number of books read by students.
