Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the personality characteristics of the participating teachers and the level of markings, based on the opinions of teachers working in the official schools in the central districts of Ankara or Ankara. Research is a quantum study in the relative scanning model. The research universe in 2015-2016 educational year was formed by teachers in the official schools in the central districts of Ankara. The 399 teacher sampling included selected by the layer sampling method. As a measurement tool, the Five Factor Personality Characteristics Measurement and Stamp Measurement were used. The study found that personality characteristics vary according to gender and civil status variables. The teacher’s level of markings also varied according to the education and gender variables they received. The study found that the teachers who participated in the study had a low level of marking; they had a positive and positive personality in terms of outward orientation, transparency, consistency and self-discipline, and also in terms of emotional balance. The level of transparency for the development and the year of service in teachers increases, the signing attitudes decrease. Teachers with high levels of emotional imbalance are also shown to have high levels of markage.
