Abstract:

The objective of this research is to explore how and how elements of non-specific cultural heritage (SOKÜM) reflect in the 5, 6 and 7 classes of social information curriculum and curriculum. For this, the social information course is studied in the framework of the five SOKÜM fields and the elements that can enter these fields with the curriculum. The research has been used with a quality research approach designed document examination. At the end of the study, it was found that the SOKÜM expression was not included in the program as a concept and in the curricula, and that the SOKÜM fields were welcomed by the concept of cultural heritage. Although the curriculum shows a balanced distribution in terms of achievements, it is believed that the same balance is not applicable to the SOKÜM areas, and the imbalance is due to the lack of material and non-specific cultural heritage distinction in terms of cultural heritage. It is understood that the SOKÜM elements are used to sample or enrich the subject instead of addressing themselves in the lessons.
