Bu çalışma farklı tavuk gübresi dozlarının (0 kg da-1, 600 kg da-1, 1200 kg da-1) domates (Solanum lycopersicon cv. Tayfun F1) gelişimi ve verimi üzerine olan etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla sera koşullarında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla domates meyvesinde gelişme (meyve çapı, meyve ağırlığı, meyve sayısı, pH, asitlik, sertlik, SÇKM: Suda çözünebilir kuru madde, vitamin C) ve verim değerleri ile bitki-meyve ve toprakta besin elementi konsantrasyonları (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu) belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre domateste ortalama meyve ağırlığı ve verim değerlerinde 600 kg da-1 uygulaması en uygun doz olarak belirlenirken, meyve ve bitki besin elementi konsantrasyonlarında 1200 kg da-1 uygulaması daha iyi sonuçların elde edilmesini sağlamıştır. Toprakların makro besin içeriklerinde 600 kg da-1 uygulaması, mikro besin içeriklerinde ise 1200 kg da-1 uygulaması en yüksek değerlerin elde edildiği uygulamalar olarak belirlenirken, en düşük değerler kontrol uygulamalarından elde edilmiştir. Tavuk gübresi uygulamalarının temel kimyasal gübrelerle birlikte uygulanmasının verim ve kalite parametrelerinde önemli katkılar sağladığı görülmüş olup, bu çalışmada düşük doz olan 600 kg da-1 uygulamasının uzun süreli kullanımlarda toprak tuzluluğu problemi oluşumunda risk oluşturmayacağı ve ekonomik doz olarak değerlendirilebileceği düşünülmektedir.
This study includes different doses of chicken fertilizer (0 kg to 1, 600 kg to 1, 1200 kg to 1) tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicon cv. Typhoon F1 was performed in greenhouse conditions to determine its effects on development and productivity. For this purpose, the development of tomato fruit (fruit diameter, fruit weight, fruit number, pH, acidity, hardness, SCHM: water-soluble dry substance, vitamin C) and productivity values have been determined with the concentrations of plant-fruit and nutrient elements in the soil (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu). According to the research results, the average fruit weight and productivity values in tomatoes of 600 kg da-1 are determined as the most suitable dose, while 1200 kg da-1 in fruit and plant nutrient elements concentrations have achieved better results. The application of 600 kg da-1 in the macro-food content of the soil and 1200 kg da-1 in the micro-food content is determined as the applications where the highest values are obtained, while the lowest values are obtained from the control applications. The application of chicken fertilizer applications along with basic chemical fertilizers has been shown to make significant contributions to the performance and quality parameters, and in this study, the low dose of 600 kg da-1 application in long-term uses is believed to not pose the risk of the formation of soil problem and can be considered as an economic dose.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different poultry manure application (0 kg da-1, 600 kg da-1, 1200 kg da-1) on growth and yield of tomatoes cultivation in greenhouse conditions. For this purpose, the values of growth (fruit diameter, fruit weight, number of fruit, pH, acidity, fruit firmness, total soluble solids, vitamin C), yield and the mineral concentrations of fruit-plant-soil (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu) were determined. As a result of this study, the application of 1200 kg da-1 at fruit and plant nutrient concentrations ensures better results while the average fruit weight and yield values are determined as the most suitable dosage for application of 600 kg da-1. The application of 600 kg da-1 at soil macro nutrient concentrations has the best value while the soil micro nutrient contents are determined as the most suitable dosage for application of 1200 kg da-1 and the minimum values of mineral nutrient contents were obtained control application (0 kg da-1). It has been observed that the chicken manure application with basic chemical fertilizers provides significant contributions in yield and quality parameters and it is considered that the dose of 600 kg da-1 will not be a risk for soil salinization problem and can be evaluated as an economic dose over a long period of use
