Özet:

Relevance: One of the priority directions of power industry development and the environmental problems solution in Kazakhstan is the use of renewable energy resources. According to experts, the potential of renewable energy resources (hydraulic power, wind and solar energy) in Kazakhstan is very considerable. But, despite it, the percentage of alternative energy development in Kazakhstan makes only 0,4%. Development and use of renewable sources of energy (hereinafter – renewables) in the Republic of Kazakhstan is going to be the primary direction of power industry development, energy saving and the solution of environmental problems. For Kazakhstan the following types of renewables are considered as the most perspective: wind-power engineering; small hydroelectric power stations; solar installations for productions of thermal and electric energy.Research objective: development and theoretical basis of effective use of renewables in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Research results: the research proved that current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan does not enough regulate the issues of renewables use in the Republic of Kazakhstan.The research also analyzed the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of legal support of renewables use in the Republic of Kazakhstan and revealed current legislation shortcomings in the field of renewables use.Conclusion: to effectively regulate the relations of renewables use and development in the Republic of Kazakhstan it is recommended to modify and make some additions to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
