Abstract:

Organizations are constantly affected by the environment in which they are operating. Due to excessive competition, organizations must review their strategic activities according to changes in environmental factors. According to the theory of resource dependency, organizations in no case are completely self-sufficient. The aim of this study is to reveal the impact of environmental uncertainty situations in residential on resource-dependent strategies of. Three, four, and five-star hotel companies across Turkey have received a total of 543 healthy data by consulting senior managers.
