Abstract:

Brussels is a systemic and infectious disease that is widespread throughout the world, especially in the Mediterranean and Central Asian countries. Brusellosis begins with unspecific symptoms such as fever, night sweat, appetite, weight loss, insufficiency, severe headache and polyarthralgia. The appearance of the findings is related to the duration of the disease. One of the systems that Brussels holds is the muscle skeletal system. In the muscle system; peripheral arthritis, sacrolitis, spondylitis, tenosinovitis, bursitis and osteomyelitis occur. In the presentation of this phenomenon, common joint pain, back pain, spinal pain and swelling came and two male patients living in the same village were diagnosed as a professional disease with brucella spondylitis, olecranon bursitis and arthritis.
