Abstract:

The present study it intends to compare the capacity of decision taking and declarative knowledge of players of futsal (Sub-20 Category) with the level of tactical knowledge of “Experts” of the sport. For this one on the basis of appealed adaptation to it of the test of tactical knowledge considered by Souza and collaborators (2000) specific situations of the futsal game. The results had shown that in some situations, the decision taken for the athlete and its justification were not ideal of the point of view of “experts”. One concludes that the experience that the athlete possesss in the futsal game reflects directly in its tactical behavior, either in the action of the game or even though in the form to guide its team, mentioning itself directly to the Technician. However we cannot interpret the result presented in this research believing that “expert” is the only truth, being rejected what the athlete less experienced understands of the game. However the research showed in them that the individual can the same enxergar and understand phenomenon in diverse ways, evidencing that in the game of futsal with its wealth of imprevisible, the better for the situation or decision taken for the athlete does not exist “right or wrong” more.
