İhtilâf insanî bir durum olup anlama ve yorumun doğasında vardır. Zira her insan kişisel özellikleri ve yaşadığı çevre bakımından diğer insanlardan farklıdır. Yorum konusu olan dinî metnin yapısı da ihtilâfların doğmasında etkilidir. Diğer temel İslâmî ilimlerde olduğu gibi Tefsir’de de ihtilâflardan kaçınmak neredeyse imkânsızdır. İhtilâfların varlığı ve bazen çokluğu tercih meselesini gündeme getirmektedir. İşte bu ihtilâflar arasından tercihin nasıl ve neye göre yapılacağı bu makalenin konusudur. Tercihte bulunurken öznellikten kaçınmanın ve isabetli yorumlar ortaya koymanın temel şartı tercih ilkeleri doğrultusunda bunun yapılmasıdır. Makalede tefsire dair temel kaynaklardan hareketle bazı tercih ilkeleri zikredilecek ve bunların kimi ayetlerin yorumları arasında tercih yapmada nasıl kullanıldığı uygulamalı gösterilecektir.
Dispute is a humanitarian situation, and it is also inherent in interpretation. Because every person is different from other people in terms of their personal characteristics and the environment in which they live. The structure of the religious text, which is the subject of interpretation, is also effective in the emergence of dispute. As in other basic Islamic sciences, it is almost impossible to avoid dispute in Exegesis (Tafsir). The existence and sometimes the multiplicity of disputes raises the issue of preference. The subject of this article is to know how to make a choice between disputes and on what basis. The basic condition of avoiding subjectivity and presenting accurate comments while making a choice is to do this in line with the principles of preference. In the article, some preference principles will be mentioned based on the main sources of Exegesis (Tafsir) and how they are used in making a choice between interpretations of some verses will be shown in practice.
