Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the effects of time management skills and socio-demographic characteristics on the well-being of university students. Material and Methods: A total of 503 university students, including 330 women (65%) and 173 men (35%) participated in the study. Characteristics including age, gender, years of education, the environment in which they lived, and academic achievements were recorded through a form created by researchers. Time Management Inventory measured time management skills of the students. Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle Scale was used to assess their overall wellness. Results: According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis, overall wellness has been influenced by time management skills and years of education in the university students (p<0.001). Conclusion: In the light of these findings, the occupational therapists in the university students may improve time management skills, which are an important part of life skills. In future studies, it is thought that it is important to develop appropriate intervention strategies by investigating other factors that may affect the wellness of university students.
