Üniversal adezivlerin dentine mikro-gerilim bağlanma dayanımlarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract:

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bu çalışmanın amacı beş farklı üniversal adezivin iki farklı uygulama modunda (etch&rinse ve self-etch) dentine mikro-gerilim bağlanma dayanımlarını μTBS altın standart olarak kabul edilen üç basamaklı bir etch&rinse adeziv ve iki basamaklı bir self-etch adeziv ile karşılaştırmaktır. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Otuz altı adet çürüksüz insan üçü ncü molar dişi rastgele olarak 12 gruba ayrıldı (n=3). Her gruptaki dişlerin oklüzal minesi su soğutması altında aşındırıldı ve dentin yüzeyindeki smear tabakası su soğutması altında 600 grit SiC zımpara ile standardize edildi. Üniversal adezivler üretici firmaların talimatları doğrultusunda; Clearfil Universal Bond, self-etch [CUSe] ve etch&rinse [CUEr]; Single Bond Universal, self-etch [SUSe], etch&rinse [SUEr]; All-Bond Universal, self-etch [AlSe], etch&rinse [AlEr]; iBond Universal, self-etch [iBSe], etch&rinse [iBEr]; G-Premio Bond Universal, self-etch [GPSe], etch&rinse [GPEr] olarak uygulandı. Etch&rinse için Optibond FL [OFL], self-etch için ise Clearfil SE Bond [CSE] kontrol grubu olarak kullanıldı. Adeziv uygulamasından sonra dişlerin oklüzal yüzeylerinde rezin kompozit (Filtek Z250; A2) ile 5mm kalınlıkta built-up yapıldı, örnekler 24 saat 37 0C’de bekletildi ve 1 mm2 dentin-kompozit çubuklarına ayrılarak (Isomet) universal test cihazında mikro-gerilim testine (MPa; n: 20; 0.5mm/ dk) tabii tutuldu. Veriler two-way ANOVA ve post-hoc Tukey testleri kullanılarak analiz edildi (p<0.05). BULGULAR: Aynı adezivin farklı uygulama modları karşılaştırıldığında, GPEr, iBEr ve AlEr ile elde edilen μTBS değerleri GPSe, iBSe ve AlSe’den istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu (p<0,05). CUEr ve CUSe ile SUEr ve SUSe arasında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmadı (p>0,05). Adezivler etch&rinse modunda birbirleriyle karşılaştırıldığında, istatistiksel olarak en yüksek μTBS değeri kontrol grubu OFL ile elde edildi (p<0,05), GPEr, iBEr ve SUEr arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmadı (p>0,05) ve istatistiksel olarak en düşük değerler AlEr ve CUEr ile saptandı (p<0,05). Adezivler self-etch uygulama modunda karşılaştırıldığında, istatistiksel olarak en yüksek μTBS CUSe, SUSe ve GPSe ile elde edildi (p<0,05) ve kontrol grubu CSE ile aralarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Üniversal adezivlerin dentine bağlanma performansları kullanılan materyale ve seçilen uygulama moduna bağlıdır. Altın standart olarak kabul edilen üç basamaklı etch&rinse adeziv sistemi ile en yüksek bağlanma değerleri elde edilmiştir, ancak farklı üniversal adezivlerin her iki uygulama modu da altin standart olarak kabul edilen iki basamaklı self-etch adeziv sistemi ile benzer bağlanma dayanımı göstermiştir.

The aim of this study is to compare the micro-tension connectivity resistance in two different application modes (etch&rinse and self-etch) of five different university adjectives with a three-point etch&rinse adjective and a two-point self-etch adjective, which is considered the μTBS gold standard. Method and Requirements: Thirty-six unclean humans were randomly divided into 12 groups (n=3). The oklusal mines of each group of teeth were swallowed under water cooling, and the smar layer on the surface of the dent was standardized with 600 grit SiC swallow under water cooling. According to the instructions of the manufacturers; Clearfil Universal Bond, self-etch [CUSe] and etch&rinse [CUEr]; Single Bond Universal, self-etch [SUSe], etch&rinse [SUEr]; All-Bond Universal, self-etch [AlSe], etch&rinse [AlEr]; iBond Universal, self-etch [iBSe], etch&rinse [iBEr]; G-Premio Bond Universal, self-etch [GPSe], etch&rinse [GPEr] were applied. For Etch&rinse, Optibond FL [OFL] and for self-etch, Clearfil SE Bond [CSE] was used as a control group. After the application of Adeziv, the oklusal surfaces of the teeth were built-up in a 5mm thickness with a resin composite (Filtek Z250; A2), the samples were kept at 24 hours at 37 0C and divided into 1 mm2 dentin-composite bars (Isomet) in the universal test device for the micro-strength test (MPa; n: 20; 0.5mm/min). The data was analyzed using two-way ANOVA and post-hoc Tukey tests (p<0.05). Results: Compared to the different modes of application of the same adjective, the μTBS values obtained with GPEr, iBEr and AlEr were statistically significantly higher than GPSe, iBSe and AlSe (p<0,05). There is no statistically significant difference between CUEr and CUSe and SUEr and SUSe (p>0,05). When adjectives are compared to each other in etch&rinse mode, the highest μTBS value was statistically obtained with the control group OFL (p<0,05), there was no statistically meaningful difference between GPEr, iBEr and SUEr (p>0,05) and statistically the lowest values were determined with AlEr and CUEr (p<0,05). When compared to the self-etch application mode, the adjectives were statistically obtained with the highest μTBS CUSe, SUSe and GPSe (p<0,05) and there was no statistically meaningful difference between the control group CSE (p>0,05). CONTRIBUTION and RESULT: Universal adhesives' connectivity performance depends on the material used and the chosen application mode. The highest connectivity values have been obtained with the three-point etch&rinse adhesive system, which is considered the gold standard, but both the application modes of different universal adhesives have shown similar connectivity with the two-point self-etch adhesive system, which is considered the gold standard.
