This research was performed to test the validity and reliability of Attitude Scale towards Gifted Education (ASGE) in Turkey. The research was conducted with 347 primary teachers who worked in Zonguldak and Isparta city at 2011-2012 educa-tional term. The data were collected by demographic form and ASGE. Regarding the ASGE validity, language, content and structure validity was examined. Regarding the content validity, opinions of three experts on gifted education were taken and factor analysis for structure validity was made. Regarding the scale structural valid-ity, internal consistency was examined. Reliability internal consistency coefficient of the scale was found to be α=0.69. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with the study group of participants some modifications were made. The fit indices were deemed satisfactory as original scale. Therefore, the psychometric properties of the Turkish version of ASGE were satisfactory and can be used to measure atti-tude towards gifted education of Turkish teachers.
