Abstract:

Sanayi devrimiyle birlikte çalışma hayatındaki bilim ve teknolojilerin gelişmesi sonucunda Avrupa’nın başlatmış olduğu çalışmalar, ülkemiz çalışma hayatına etkili bir şekilde 2012 yılında 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu ile girmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramı; tanım, önem ve tarihsel gelişim açısından incelenmiş olup, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği dört ana boyutta yani kamu, işveren, işçi ve çevre boyutu çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Yaşanmış olan kazaların tekrarlanmaması için bu çalışma hazırlanmıştır.
