Abstract:

The aim of this study is to evaluate and interpret the papers presented at the International Congress of Educational Administration and Educational Administration Forum from various perspectives. In line with this purpose, the research is a case study structured by using qualitative research methods and techniques. The research data were collected through document analysis and conducted with descriptive content analysis method and categorical analysis techniques. The data of the study were collected through the Proceedings Review Form in the Congresses Organised in the Field of Educational Administration. When the findings related to the papers presented in the congresses were analysed; the number of papers increased over the years and the majority of the papers consisted of papers with two authors, although the studies were conducted on different levels of education, the number of studies conducted on pre-school education level was low, mostly purposive sampling methods were selected from the sampling methods specified in the papers, the data of the papers were mostly collected from teachers, studies were concentrated in Western Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia regions as sampling regions; the number of papers in qualitative research type is higher followed by papers in quantitative research type, questionnaires and interview techniques are mostly used as data collection tools, descriptive statistics as well as descriptive or content analysis are used.
