As in all languages, the name of the plant has a very important place in the word existence. The discovery of the plant names of their historical periods, the study of the forms of organization is very important in terms of the existence of the word, the expression power of the Turkish language, the nature of the word existence, the ways it follows in meeting the new situation and concepts. In this study, the names and forms of Turkish plants included in the Calfa French-Ottoman Turkish Dictionary, which provides important clues about the existence of the recent period of Ottoman Turkish word. In the dictionary, more than three hundred names of Turkish plants have been identified. The name of this plant consists of one hundred and seventy words, and one hundred and seventy fullings. One word of the plant names is a hundred and seventy-three simple, and eight derived words. Only five of the plant names in the completion body are in the form of a Persian completion. This situation shows that, unlike what is believed in the Ottoman Turkish, the Arabic and Persian influence is very little, and the new concepts are responded and the way of combining the words is more followed instead of deriving the words from roots or bodies.
