Abstract:

This study examined the opinions of school managers about the processes of preparation of educational projects, the problems they encounter and the solutions proposals. The research quality is designed in the factual scientific pattern in the research method. The research work group consists of 5 primary schools, 5 secondary schools, 5 high school managers in the center of Erzincan. The research data was obtained through a semi-configured interview form developed by the researchers. The data obtained is subject to content analysis. During the analysis of the data, the results of the research were reflected without any changes in the opinions of the managers. According to the results of the study, 33% of school managers (f = 5) said that teachers saw the process of project preparation as angarya. 80% of school managers (f=12) said that teachers had difficulties in determining the idea of the project, which is why they see it as a lack of technical knowledge about the project writing processes. According to another conclusion from the research, the development of the responsibility feeling in the students of the projects, the ability to express and 21. School managers and teachers need to be aware of the project cycle management to improve the quality and quality of the project preparation processes that are effective on the subject of the development of the century skills. Adding courses related to the project cycle management processes to the existing educational faculty programs is one of the recommendations presented in the study result.
