Değişen ve gelişen dünyaya entegre olma çabası gerek hayat boyu öğrenme gerekse de Avrupa Birliği’nin en nihai hedeflerinden biri olmuştur. Bu amaçla küresel vatandaşlık oluşturma bağlamında Avrupa Yeterlilikler Çerçevesi oluşturulmuş Türkiye ise bu anlayışa paralel olarak Türkiye Yeterlilikler Çerçevesi belirleyerek anahtar yetkinlikler oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmada anahtar yetkinliklerin 2018 7. Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı’nda yer alan kazanımlar ve öğrenme alanlarıyla ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma modellerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler, betimsel analiz tekniğiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda en fazla kazanımın “Sosyal ve Vatandaşlıkla İlgili Yetkinlikler” ile ilişkili olduğu en az kazanımın ise “Anadilde İletişim” yetkinliği ile ilişkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca “Yabancı Dillerde İletişim” yetkinliğinin hiçbir kazanımla doğrudan bir ilişkisi olmadığı görülmüştür. Anahtar yetkinliklerin en fazla “Üretim, Dağıtım ve Tüketim” öğrenme alanındaki kazanımlarla doğrudan ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca en fazla öğrenme alanınıyla ilişkili olduğu yetkinlik alanı ise “Sosyal ve Vatandaşlıkla İlgili Yetkinlikler”dir. Bu sonuçlardan hareketle bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The effort to integrate into the changing and developing world has been one of the ultimate goals of both lifelong learning and the European Union. For this purpose, a European Qualifications Framework was created in the context of creating global citizenship, and Turkey, in parallel with this understanding, determined a Turkish Qualifications Framework and created key competencies. In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between key competencies and learning areas in the 2018 7th Grade Social Studies Curriculum. In the study, the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research models, was used. The data were analyzed with the descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the highest achievement was related to "Social and Citizenship-Related Competencies" and the least achievement was related to "Mother tongue Communication" competence. In addition, it has been observed that the competence of "Communication in Foreign Languages" is not directly related to any acquisition. It has been seen that the key competencies are mostly directly related to the achievements in the "Production, Distribution and Consumption" learning area. In addition, the area of competence that is most related to the learning area is "Social and Citizenship Competencies". Based on these results, some suggestions were made.
