Abstract:

This study, based on the theory of lead-member interaction, the theory of emotional events and the theory of goodness, studied the median effect of collective gratitude on the influence of parents' perceptions of leadership on psychological possession. The aim of this study is to determine the role of collective gratitude in this relationship by revealing whether paternal leadership directly or indirectly affects the psychological possession. The study is formed by 418 employees in the service sector, which have achieved the sampling with the easy sampling method. The data obtained through the survey was analyzed using quantitative methods. The findings of the study show that babacan leadership is a psychological possession and a statistically meaningful and positive contributor to collective gratitude. It shows. Also, collective gratitude is a statistically meaningful and positive contributor to psychological possession. Finally, it is found that collective gratitude has a partial means of influence on the relationship between paternal leadership and psychological possession. The results of the research presented recommendations for managers and practitioners.
