Bu makalede covid pozitif tanısı ile yoğun bakım yatışı yapılan bir olgunun Watson’ın İnsan Bakım Modeli’ne göre hemşirelik yönetimi ele alınmış ve literatüre katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan komplike bir hastalık olan COVİD 19, etyolojisi ve prognozuna dair yeterli bilginin olmaması ayrıca bireyin sosyal destek sistemleri dahil motive edici bütün uyaranlardan uzakta kalması nedeniyle bakımı zorlaştırmakta ve karmaşıklaştırmaktadır. Burada amaç bireyi bütün yönleriyle ele almak, bakımı bireyselleştirmek, geleneksel tıbbi bakımdan uzaklaşıp hastanın değerli olduğunu hissettirmektir. Bu nedenle bu olguda bireyi tüm yönleri ile alan iyileştirici faktörlere odaklanan İnsan Bakım Modelinden yararlanılmıştır.
In this article, nursing management is handled according to Watson's Human Care Model of a patient who was hospitalized with intensive care hospitalization with covid positive diagnosis and aimed to contribute to the literature. COVID 19, which is a complicated disease that affects the whole world, complicates and complicates care because of the lack of sufficient information about its etiology and prognosis, as well as the individual's stay away from all motivating stimuli including social support systems. The aim is to handle the individual in all aspects, to individualize care, to move away from traditional medical care and to make the patient feel valuable. Therefore, in this case, the Human Care Model, which focuses on the healing factors that take the individual in all aspects, was used.
