Herhangi bir ülkenin siyasi kültürü, bir dizi faktörün etkisi altında şekillenir. Siyasal sosyalleşme süreci bu faktörlerin en önemlilerinden biridir. Siyasal sosyalleşme, siyaset çerçevesinde değerlerin, ilkelerin ve inançların bir nesilden diğerine aktarıldığı süreçtir. Bu sürecin üç ana rolü vardır. Bunlar, siyasal kültürün bir nesilden diğerine aktarılması, siyasal kültürün oluşumu ve siyasal kültürün değişmesi süreçleridir. Bu süreç, bir dizi kurum aracılığıyla bireylerin siyasi fikirlerinin oluşumunu etkiler. Bu çalışmanın amacı Fas’ta siyasal sosyalleşmenin siyasal kültürün şekillendirilmesi ve inşası üzerindeki etkilerini beş etken çerçevesinde izah etmektir. Bu amaçla öncelikle siyasal kültür ve siyasal sosyalleşme kavramları ve bu iki kavramın birbirleriyle olan ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Ardından aile kurumu, eğitim kurumları, dini kurumlar, siyasi partiler ve medyanın toplumun siyasal yönelimlerini, siyasal bilincini ve tercihlerini nasıl etkilediği, siyasal kültürün şekillendirilmesi ve inşasına sürecine nasıl hizmet ettiği açıklanmıştır.
The political culture of any country is shaped under the influence of a number of factors. The political socialization process is one of the most important of these factors. Political socialization is the process by which values, principles and beliefs are transferred from one generation to another within the framework of politics. This process has three main roles. These are the processes of transferring political culture from one generation to the next, formation of political culture and change of political culture. This process influences the formation of individuals' political opinions through a range of institutions. The aim of this study is to explain the effects of political socialization on the shaping and construction of political culture in Morocco within the framework of five factors. For this purpose, first of all, the concepts of political culture and political socialization and the relationship between these two concepts are discussed. Then, it is explained how the family institution, educational institutions, religious institutions, political parties and media affect the political orientation, political consciousness and preferences of the society, and how they serve to shape and build political culture.
