This study, the application of soil zinc (Zn), two winter canola (Brassica napus ssp. The oleifera L.) varieties (Samuray and Zorro) have been carried out in two years of cultivation in order to determine their impact on the yield and fixed oil ratio. The test is set up four repetitive according to the test pattern of random blocks. Before October, 3 kg of Zn fertilization was made in the form of 1 Zn zinc sulfate (ZnSO4.7H2O). According to the research results in which characteristics such as the length of the plant, the number of side branches, the number of capsules in the plant, the length of capsules, the number of one in the capsule, the seed yield and the fat ratio are studied; the Zn application has significantly affected the seed yield in the direction of increase. A tendency to increase the fat rate has not been statistically significant. The varieties have varied in terms of the length of the plant, the number of side branches and the characteristics of a thousand weight. The varieties are differently affected by the Zn applications. The samurai species that best responds to the use of zinc in terms of seed productivity has become the best species, the data has varied over the years.
