Sanayi devrimiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan iş gücü kavramı zamanla farklı kavramlara dönüşmüş ve insan kaynakları kavramı olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. İnsan unsurunun yaşamın her alanında büyük önem taşıdığı görülmüş olup yönetim süreçleri içerisinde de göz ardı edilemez bir öge haline gelmiştir. Örgütler ve organizasyonların hedefleri ile verimliliklerini doğrudan etkileyen insan unsuru bilimsel çalışmalarda da yaygın olarak işlenen bir konudur. Bu doğrultuda çalışma kapsamında bibliyometrik analiz yönteminden yararlanılarak 2001-2021 yılları arasında “sporda insan kaynakları” konusunda yayınlanmış olan lisansüstü tezlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’na bağlı Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde yer alan yüksek lisans ve doktora düzeyinde gerçekleştirilmiş olan tezler bibliyometrik analize dahil edilmiştir. “Spor ve İş Gücü”, “Spor ve İşgören”, “Spor ve İnsan Gücü”, “Spor ve Çalışan”, “Spor ve Personel”, “Spor ve İnsan Kaynakları”, “Spor ve Stratejik İnsan Kaynakları” ve “Spor ve Entelektüel Sermaye” kavramları ile sınırlandırılmış olan ve açık erişimde olan toplam 85 tez incelenmiştir. Lisansüstü tezlerin türleri, yayınlandıkları yılları, üniversiteleri, anabilim dalları, danışman unvanları, sayfa sayıları, araştırma modelleri, veri toplama araçları, veri kaynakları, kaynakların dili değişkenleri incelenmiş olup bibliyometrik analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda sporda insan kaynakları konusunda yayınlanan lisansüstü tezler genellikle yüksek lisans düzeyinde yazılmıştır. Yıllar geçtikçe sayısı artan tezler en fazla 2019-2021 yılları arasında yayınlanmıştır. Sporda insan kaynakları konusunda en fazla tez Fırat Üniversitesi’nde gerçekleştirilmiş olup anabilim dalı olarak en fazla tez Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Anabilim Dalı’nda yayınlanmıştır. Tezlere çoğunlukla Dr. Öğr. Üyelerinin danışmanlık yaptığı sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Çoğunlukla nicel araştırma modeli kullanılan tezlerde veri toplama aracı olarak da anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. 51-100 sayfa aralığında yazılan tezlerin kaynak dilleri de çoğunlukla Türkçe kaynaklardan oluşmaktadır. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, sporda insan kaynakları konusunda yapılacak olan çalışmalar için mevcut durum ortaya koyulmuştur.
The concept of labor power that emerged with the industrial revolution has changed to different concepts over time and has come to us as the concept of human resources. The human element has been seen to be of great importance in every field of life and has become an unprecedented object in the processes of governance. The human element that directly affects the objectives and efficiency of organizations and organizations is a topic that is also widely dealt with in scientific studies. In this direction, the study aimed at studying the graduate theses published on "sports human resources" between 2001 and 2021, using the method of bibliometric analysis. Theses carried out at the master and doctoral level at the National Thesis Center associated with the Council of Higher Education have been included in the bibliometric analysis. A total of 85 theses, which are limited to the concepts of "Sports and Labour", "Sports and Employment", "Sports and Human Power", "Sports and Workers", "Sports and Human Resources", "Sports and Strategic Human Resources" and "Sports and Intellectual Capital" have been studied and openly accessible. The types of postgraduate theses, the years they publish, universities, academic branches, consultant titles, page numbers, research models, data collection tools, data sources, language variables of resources have been studied and bibliometric analysis has been carried out. Graduate theses published on human resources in sports according to the results obtained in the study are usually written at the master's level. The number of theses increasing over the years has been published mostly between 2019-2021. The most thesis on human resources in sports was carried out at the University of Fırat and the most thesis was published in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Anabilities as a branch of anatomy. Most of the doctors are dr. The results of their consultation were revealed. The survey technique is also used as a data collection tool in the theses used mostly in the quantitative research model. The source languages of the theses written in the range of 51-100 pages are also mainly Turkish sources. According to these findings, the current situation for the studies on human resources in sports has been revealed.

"Sports and Workforce," "Sports and Employees," "Sports and Manpower," "Sports and Employees," "Sports and Personnel," "Sports and Human Resources," "Sports and Strategic Human Resources," and "Sports and A total of 85 theses, which are limited to the concepts of "Intellectual Capital" and which are open access, have been examined. The types of postgraduate theses, the years they were published, universities, departments, advisor titles, number of pages, research models, data collection tools, data sources, and language were examined, and bibliometric analysis was carried out. In line with the results obtained in the study, postgraduate theses published on human resources in sports were generally written at the graduate level. The theses, the number of which has increased over the years, were published between 2019-2021 at most. Most theses on human resources in sports were carried out at Fırat University, and most theses as a department were published in the Department of Physical Education and Sports. These are written mainly by Dr. Instructor. It has emerged as a result of the consultancy of its members. The questionnaire technique was also used as a data collection tool in theses which primarily used a quantitative research model. The source languages of the theses written in the 51-100 page range are mostly Turkish sources. In line with these results, the current situation for the work on human resources in sports has been revealed.
