Abstract:

The objective of this study is to identify the impact of the community’s health literature level on their attitudes towards vaccination practices in terms of public health management and to develop verifying models. The universe of research is formed by the Bursa. The Nicel research method has been used and the data has been collected online by over 400 people. The method of ease is preferred in the research. The study applied illustrative statistics, illustrative factor analysis, structural equality modeling and path analysis. The findings provided by the explanatory and verifying factor analysis show that the validity of the model is guaranteed. The structural validity arising from the explanatory factor analysis is also verified by the verifying factor analysis. The road analysis with the structural equality modeling has shown that the positive effects of health literature on attitude towards vaccination applications have an acceptable conformity index. The validity and reliability provided indicates the existence of a structural relationship between health literature, healthy lifestyle behavior and reasonable drug use. The increase in the level of health literature leads to an increase in positive attitudes towards vaccination practices and health literature directly affects their attitudes towards vaccination practices.
