Abstract:

In the century we were in the assessment of public land and these lands, it has become quite important for our country’s economic development process. So the land should be seen as a source to be used effectively and efficiently. However, the desire of local governments to quickly meet resources needs causes public land to be used without sufficient analysis. The local bank is the local bank.The tasks it has undertaken in the restructuring process in which it is within include creating resources for the Bank and earning income and supporting local governments’ financing seekings. Local governments are looking for resources to increase their income and to complete their services, while many institutions/institutions are also doing resources development work within themselves. Because the different institutions are trying to do the same work within themselves, the process of resource development cannot progress in a whole, there is no sufficient resource, the institutions without sufficient technical knowledge are also entering the work, and all of this causes the process to be completed in a failure. In this study, it is investigated whether the processes under different institutions and units can be carried out through a single system in a faster and more efficient process, with the aim of developing new methods with a participatory approach by the municipalities taking opinions on this issue. Unlike previous studies in this research, the local government is providing long-term resources or developing resources to ILBANK A.Ş. The community has been working in cooperation and has been able to success. Implementation of the process with an integrated system between institutions is mandatory for proper and sustainable operation. This makes it possible for local governments to perform their services in a better quality and faster manner and to conduct their public land assessment processes in a more effective approach.
