So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

This study examines the library resources, services and how much satisfied the users by using these resources and services. In this study Google Forms was used  to collect information from users of the University Library of Chhattisgarh.  For this study we have chosen a central university library, a state university library and a private university library.  These three universities are located in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh.
