Abstract:

With the rapid development of technology, the digitalization of all the work structures and processes of the institutions has become inevitable. In order to ensure digitalization in institutions, change and transformation must be adapted. The supply chains should be assessed and re-structured where necessary, taking into account the performance of the existing structure, the potential risks, market shares, and the constantly changing factors. Members in the supply chain must exchange information simultaneously and correctly with each other. Otherwise, you will face some problems such as throwing capacity, transportation costs, excess stock, customer dissatisfaction. To prevent such problems, real-time monitoring and effective management of processes in the supply chain is made possible with the sustainable supply chain based on Industry 4.0. The Industry 4.0 approach ensures the process of accelerating the supply chain management without a complex situation. If the needs of digitalization are not properly determined or not worked with the right solution partners, the whole process is negatively affected. It requires a structure in which strategic and operational needs and practices are thoroughly discussed and all dimensions of the Industry 4.0 approach are addressed. For this purpose, the industry is working on sustainable supply chain management. In the assessment of the difficulties in the transition to technology, the analytical network process method was used. The analytical network process is a method that provides feedback, taking into account the relationships and connections of factors with each other. This method of study analyses the challenges faced in the digitalization path to ensure the sustainability of the supply chain and determines the criteria weights.
