65 years old male patient with a history of right pneumonectomy 12 years ago was admitted to our cardiology unit with chest pain. Coronary disease of the left main artery was diagnosed with coronary angiography and the patient was referred to our clinic for CABG. Restrictive pulmonary disease was found in pulmonary function tests. The patient went through respiratory physiotherapy and bronchodilatator treatment for a week before surgery. CABG operation was performed using LIMA and saphenous vein grafts. Shift of the cardiac structures towards the right hemithorax was observed during the operation. The patient was extubated at 12th hour after surgery and discharged without any complications on 8th post operative day.
