Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to make a content analysis of the scientific research published in the field of management in the educational organizations in Turkey between 2012-2022 and to make a summer scan of a field by structural examination. Scientific research that is studied in accordance with this purpose has been achieved by analysing the distribution of the types of publications, the year of publications, the method of sampling, the size of sampling, the patterns and methods, data collection tools and data analysis methods. According to the results obtained from the findings; the field of management in educational organizations is more discussed in research theses. The research was published in 2021. In research, the most simple method of sample collection has been used as the most simple method of sample collection. The number of samples in the research was determined between 300-400 people. The research is mostly carried out in quantum designs. In research, the data is mostly collected by scale method. In research, the most commonly used variance analysis method is the data analysis method.
