Purpose: Dysfunction of smell and taste in Long-COVID are common symptoms. In this study, we followed patients with symptoms of long-COVID symptoms and taste disorders and aimed at investigating the effectiveness of smell therapy. Tools and Methods: Patients who were appliced with a disorder of smell that lasted more than 1 month after COVID 19 infection were included in the study. Patients were scored the smell and taste sensation by a visual analog scale (VAS) from 0 to 10. Patients were recommended smell therapy containing roses, ocalyptus, lemon, carnivorous flight oils. 3 months later, the conformity to the smell therapy was questioned by calling for control and the type of smell and taste loss was questioned and again classified through VAS. Results: 63.6% (n = 21) are women and 36% are working. 4 (n=12) men included 33 patients. Pacient treated smell therapy (KT) 23 (69.7%) for an average of 4.6 ± 4.2 weeks. 10 (%30.3) patients have never performed CT, 13 (%39.4) patients less than 8 weeks and 10 (%30.3) patients have also performed CT for 8 weeks or more. In the group that applied and not applied KT, the smell VAS scores before and after treatment (p= 0524 ,p=0.832) were similar to the taste VAS scores (p= 0.630 ,p=0.576). In the first month after COVID 19 infection, 26 (%78.8) patients
