In this study, the mathematical content (Curriculum introduction, mathematical framework, goals, special objectives, learning and teaching process, mathematics standards) of Turkey and Singapore primary school education curriculum have tried to reveal similarities and differences. Document analysis was used as a method in the research Content analysis method and descriptive analysis was used in data analysis. To collect the data, mathematical learning goal of curriculum for primary school in Turkey and Singapore were examined. From the findings obtained in that studying when compared with the general structure of primary school education in Turkey and Singapore, two programs are planned to increase success in international exams. The Singapore primary education program implements the program in a more detailed way with fewer standards. While both programs aim to ensure that mathematics is used daily, sample cases are less expressed in the Turkish curriculum.
